Access to student data is given to the coordinating unit. This typically is a school district administrator, teacher or parent/guardian.

Web Sites Beyond IVLA
The IVLA web site and online courses contain links to independently owned, controlled, and/or managed web sites whose content we believe will be of possible interest and value to our learners. Once you leave our server (you can tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. That policy may differ from ours. If you can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the site's homepage, you should contact the site directly for more information. Further, IVLA maintains no responsibility or liability for the contents of that site once the link has been accessed.

Security
All of the information you provide is stored on servers at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized individuals have access to the server or its data. However, IVLA cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security during actual data transmission. Only purchasing transactions are located on a server designed for secure financial transactions. It is also the responsibility of the user to keep their password secure. IVLA is not liable for any password disclosure outside of IVLA staff.
