ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

It is strongly recommended, before enrolling, the student and parent should look through our website and get familiar with our programs and policies. Try our fully-functioning Demo to experience our user-friendly curriculum.

A. Complete the online enrollment registration. A school     administrator will contact you shortly.

Necessary documents to be submitted via
fax: 877-278-6250

• Child’s transcripts, or grade reports
• If you do not have a copy of our child’s transcripts, please    download the “Request for School Records” form, sign, and    fax it to the school. IVLA will assist in obtaining school    records.
• Child’s immunization records.

B. A school administrator will contact you to discuss IVLA’s     learning philosophies and procedures. The school     administrator and parent will select courses most     appropriate for the student’s education.

C. Upon completion of the enrollment process, the school     administrator will provide the parent with a letter of     acceptance, payment options and instructions. Once all     documentation and initial payment fee is received, student     and parent will be provided with login information, and the     student may begin working.

Read below to determine if you are applying for “Full-Time” or “Part-Time” status.

Full-Time Students are students taking at least 4 academic courses in a semester. IVLA receives and maintains student's cumulative records.

Part-Time Students are students taking at least one course and transferring credit back to another school. This will require course verification from the home school as a guarantee of credit acceptance and a deadline for course completion.
